Conveyancing Quotes From Property Solicitors
Customer Testimonials / Recommendations
We've historically printed off each testimonial, put a bunch together, framed them and then hung them in our meeting room.
We go out of our way to support our clients, when needed, in their day to day dealings with their solicitor. And that helps generate goodwill between all parties.

From Mr Rigby on our Feefo page... "made speedy arrangements for the Conveyancing to be done on the purchase of a property. The service provided has been excellent and very good value for money. Thanks very much".
From Mr Graham Jones on our Feefo page. "Good quality service at a great price, kept informed of the procedure and what happens next. Happy customer."

From Mrs Dinarr on our Feefo page. "Very good service. Very clear, efficient and reassuring. I would recommend the company."
From Gina on our Feefo page. "With four suitable transparent quotes provided very quickly and then actually answering the call I made to them they were already streets ahead of most other online services. They were helpful and informative, called me back when they said they would with answers to a query and basically kept to everything they've said so far. I'm very impressed compared to the others I've encountered."
From Mr Norbert on our Feefo page. "Professional service. Quick and efficient."
From Mr Beasdale on our Feefo page. "Excellent, very good service and communication"
From Vicki on our Feefo page."I have just accepted an offer on my property and put a deposit down on a new build. I was absolutely dreading the prospect of finding a decent solicitor/conveyancer - where to start! I came across Legal Brokers Limited and the whole process was so simple. They came up with the best quote, broken down to the penny and they explained the whole process really well when I called them. They allocated me a solicitor who started work immediately on my case. I am very happy and would definitely recommend using them."

Very long story summarised by the following email... (I'll
spare anyone's blushes by mentioning which one of us it was aimed at)....
"You are a really good person. Thank you for everything"

Very nice young lady. This was a text and therefore subject to the style some folk use these days (my English teacher would have his head in his hands at this point)... "Thank u glad went on the internet pick nice team like yourself"
Seemed a nice genuine fellah... "...thanks for making it a speedy and easy process"
Got manflu today but emails like these really cheer me up; "Thank you! I have been impressed by your prompt and efficient service and would be happy to recommend you. JW"

Nice chap. Querried details held at the Land Registry. We sorted out a few things and received the following; "Thanks for you help and prompt response."
No interesting story here. Just a happy customer. "Hi, Many thanks - HIP received. Thanks for the quick and very efficient service - would definitely recommend you! Mel"
This gent's an Energy Assessor we work with. We'd been instructed on the HIP by one of our corporate clients; "Hi April. Report attached. Incidentally, while I was doing this one X Developers (reasonably well done national builders) rang the owner about something and she said they were well impressed by how quickly we`d got things moving when she mentioned I was there! Kevin"
Another client on happy pills. Of course I like to think we helped cheer her up! "Hi Nikki. Many thanks for this. I just wanted to say what a great and professional company you have been to deal with. Everything you promised has happened and within the times you have said. Plus we don't feel we have been ripped off unlike through the estate agents!! Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved. Kind regards. Kate"
Nice chap; "Hi. Thanks for your excellent service. Terry."
This isn't neccessarily a great one because I was irritated at the time. One of my colleagues sent out an email and I was unhappy at the grammar used. I emailed the client to apologise and we received the following; "I agree there were a couple of syntax or grammatical errors, however, the service and advice I received was excellent and well received."
This chap was a conveyancing client having a bit of a headache with the solicitor. We (me this time) introduced our size 10 and a half feet and spoke to the lawyer. We then received the following email from the client; "Since we last spoke X Solicitors have got their act together and things seem to be moving. Thanks for your help."
Another introducer client. Interestingly the firm is intimately linked to one of the UK'd biggest footie clubs... "Hi, Many thanks - HIP received. Thanks for the quick and very efficient service - would definitely recommend you! Mel"
No interesting story here. Just a happy customer. "Thank you for the prompt actions as usual."

This lady worked for a solicitors practice and they'd instructed us to do a HIP on behalf of one of their clients. We did the HIP, sent it through and received; "You are fantastic. Thank you sooooooooooooooooooo much Jon. x"
A corporate client sent us the following on behalf of there client; "Thank you and our client has said to pass his thanks on to you. Kind regards. L"
An introducer of ours instructed us on a HIP and the basic part (the marketing element) was sent next day. We then received; "Wow it was only instructed yesterday. Well done to you all. K"

Nice chap. Just saying thanks. "Many thanks to all for your help with this. Thanks again, Lee"
A Conveyancing client with a conveyancing headache sent us the following; "Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. All sounds great. Many thanks. Nicola"
This lady uses us for her clients HIP needs. She was chasing a few matters and we subsequently received the following nice (if not slightly cynical) email; "Hi Jon Many thanks to you and your team all the HIPs seem to be uptodate (famous last words). Thanks to you all."
We sent this lady her PIQ (for the HIP) and she subsequently realised she'd made a mistake... so we rectified matters and resent the HIP. She then emailed; "Dear John and Emilie, Thank you to you both for your prompt action. Jenny"
This lady is a solicitor and we working on property searches for her. She seemed quite content and emailed; "Thank you sooooo much for all your help."
We sent through this gent's HIP and he requested figures for the follow up conveyancing. Within his email he said; "Thanks for the speedy return of the hip pack."
We deal with this chap on a regular basis and he emailed the following; "As always I find myself appreciating your constant honesty and your constant solid and fair business approach."
This a solicitors practice we deal with and they sent us the following; "I am happy with the service and intend to use you again."
