The content of this page (together with our Terms and Conditions) represents the basis on which we will process personal data that you provide. Please read the following carefully.

Processing your data The data you provide will be processed in the following ways:
Conveyancing Quotes; Your personal data (name, email address and telephone number) will be provided to upto 4 solicitors who will provide you with a conveyancing quote. They will only contact you to offer their services as a Conveyancer. We process your data under the ‘legitimate interest’ basis of GDPR to ensure our service, which is free to all users, is commercially viable.
After you have received your quote the solicitors may send you a follow up email to confirm you have received their quotation and ask both whether you have further questions or whether you wish to instruct them to act on your behalf.
You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of their emails.
Other services Your personal details will only be used to send you notifications you have requested and for no other purpose. Your details are not shared with other third-parties unless you request that we do so.
Other information we may collect
If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We automatically collect the following data about you when you visit our site:
Browser user-agent information – this will reveal your browser (including version), operating system and may reveal your mobile device model information. This information is captured in our webserver logs and may be used for anonymised analysis of site usage.
IP address – this information is captured in our webserver logs and is recorded when you request a quote or leave feedback. We may use this information for protection against fraudulent use of our services.
